Provide technical leadership in Formal Verification, defining methodologies, strategies, and execution plans
Collaborate closely with architecture and design teams to create formal-driven specifications that guarantee correctness
Develop, implement, and optimize scalable, reusable Formal Verification environments to improve efficiency and reliability across projects
Define verification scope, abstraction models, and close coverage using advanced Formal Verification techniques across IP, Subsystem, and SoC levels
Lead the evaluation and integration of EDA tools, recommending best-in-class solutions to maximize verification efficiency
Mentor and train engineers, fostering a strong Formal Verification culture throughout the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years in RTL Design/Verification, with at least 3 years specializing in Formal Verification

Proven expertise in formal property verification and advanced applications such as datapath verification

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SVA, JasperGold/VC-Formal/Questa-OneSpin Formal tools, and scripting languages(Python, Perl, Tcl)

Solid understanding of complexity reduction, abstraction techniques, and Formal Verification methodologies

Collaborative Aptitude:

Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to effectively work across cross-functional teams

Analytical and problem-solving expertise to tackle intricate hardware verification challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in verifying DSP, CPU, GPU, or hardware accelerators with cutting-edge Formal Verification techniques
Advanced understanding of clock domain crossing, low-power design verification, and IP-XACT-based register verification
Hands-on experience in developing fully automated flows from specification to fully verified designs
Familiarity with hybrid verification approaches, integrating formal methods with simulation-based verification for enhanced coverage
Proficiency in advanced Assertion-Based Verification (ABV) techniques and Coverage Metrics, including ProofCore and cone of influence analysis
